- Q How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
- A We basically accept reservations 6 months in advance.
Depending on the reservation status, reception may be suspended on some dates. Please see the reservation page on this official website for available reservation dates.
- Q When does the cancellation fee start?

- Q What time is check-in/check-out?

- Q Can I use my room before 2pm or extend my stay?

- Q How should I pay?
- AYou can make a reservation by paying in advance or pay at the time of check-in.
For payment at check-in, payment via credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club, UnionPay, JCB, UC, DC, NICOS), transportation electronic money (Suica, PASMO, etc.), QR payment (PayPay) is possible.
- QCan I send my luggage in advance?
- A Yes, you may. We will keep it at the front desk until you check in.

- AThere is no curfew for each guest room building, but the front desk building is locked between midnight and 6am.

Free Wi-Fi connection service is also available in the front desk and restaurant buildings.

About the restaurant
- QWhat kind of meals can I enjoy?
- AWe serve French cuisine prepared by Chef Yoshino for both dinner and breakfast.
- Q What time is dinner served?
- A Business hours are from 5:30pm to 10:00pm, but you will be required to make a reservation for two shifts, either from 5:30pm or from 8:00pm, at the time of check-in.
- Q What time is breakfast served?
- ABusiness hours are from 7:00am to 10:00am, but you will be required to make a reservation for two shifts, either from 7:00am, or from 8:30am, at the time of check-in.
- QAre there any dress codes when dining at restaurants?
- APlease wear smart casual clothes.
- Q Is the restaurant non-smoking?
- AAll seats are non-smoking. A smoking booth is also available.
- Q Is it possible to accommodate allergies?
- A If you contact us at least 3 days in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Vegetarian menus are also available.

- AFor dinner, we offer a set menu for small children at 4,840 yen (service charge and consumption tax included).
